I need to know how to capture a screen. I'm trying to get the screen captured at:

Does anyone know how to do that?

I just go to the page and hit the Print Screen button on my keyboard. Then I open up a New file in Photoshop (or whatever editing program you're using) and hit Paste. There it is.
