If it came from the Cardinals Care Charity, it should have a COA, no?

I'm not sure and am waiting for a reply from the seller. I know hats sold at the team store do not come with COAs, so I was not sure about this one.

This guy is selling his Marrero collection - or someone elses.
I wouldn't worry too much about it.
