I need some help with a Brian Jordan game worn Atlanta Braves jersey I have. I have reason to believe that it may have been worn during the 1999 Playoffs, but I would like to get opinions before jumping to conclusions. It is a 1999 home jersey which was re-worn during 2000 Spring Training. The 1999 Hank Aaron patch was removed and an MLB logo was sewn into the collar (being that the MLB logo was requred starting in 2000). From collecting Braves memorabilia the past couple years, the main difference I've noticed in each jersey is how the logo is sewn on the front and how it lines up with the piping. The "A" and "V" are sometimes sewn in different areas. When checking pictures from Spring Training in 2000, ones of Brian Jordan matched perfectly with logo alignment. But I also noticed that with pictures from the Playoffs in 1999, the same alignment appears. The reason why I believe it is from the playoffs is a number of reasons:

1. The jersey is a Set 3.....I have never seen a Braves jersey from that era go past a set 3, therefore, this was most-likely the final jersey worn by Jordan in 1999, hence it carrying-over from the final game of the regular season into the playoffs. I know though that this could not have been worn in the World Series because I can't find any signs of a patch removal for the World Series patch.

2. The patch alignment. The first loop in the "V" doesn't touch the piping (some jerseys have that part sewn OVER the piping). Plus the alignment of the "A" matches perfectly. Also, even though it's a little hard to tell in the first picture being that his arms are raised, the logos on the right side of the jersey ("VES") are sewn about 1-2 centimeters lower than the other logos ("BRA"). You can see this though in the second picture

3. Inside the jersey, there are very tiny remnants of fabric from his undershirt, and they are blue. In the picture of Jordan during the Playoffs, he is wearing a blue undershirt.

Here are pictures of the jersey:

ALCS Game 6 (Jordan is on the right).....in this picture you can get a better view of the patch placement where the "VES" is sewn more lower.

So....with all the info provided...do you think this jersey was worn during the Playoffs?
