The Sox sell quite a few jerseys with high set numbers. They make them for charity purposes and usually come autographed.

For what it's worth, I haven't seen the Sox sell a game-used jersey higher than Set 3.

I purchased a Magglio Ordonez jersey direct from the White Sox annual garage sale that is labelled Set 7.

Yes. I know the Sox sell higher than Set 3s. They're just not game used.

Well.....it comes with a COA saying it is game used and it shows wear, dirt stains, fraying etc... so I am going to air on the belief you are wrong on this account.

That's hard to believe, but perhaps you found a needle in a haystack.

For some years, the Sox gave you generic COAs as you checked out. They've never given out item specific COAs. Now they don't even give you generic ones.
