Merriman Jersey on NFL Auctions

Did anyone see this jersey during the auction?

I just looked closely and it is completely torn down the front. I hope the buye read the description because when it was listed I did not in fact see this. I Was not going to bid, but I just did not look close enough.

A Todd Fedoruk Flyers jersey on MeiGray site is just like this. Cut in half down the front from when he got knocked out by Colton Orr.

When a player has a serious upper body injury the trainer will sometimescut the jersey off. I had a scott mitchell Lions jersey that was cut off when he dislocated his shoulder and sewn back up....I have a 1965 Dee Mackey jets jersey that was cut the entire length after he broke his collarbone in the tenth game against Houston and sewn back together after.
