When Will MastroNet Ship?

November 9 2005 at 6:46 PM Tim (stkmtimo@yahoo.com) (Login stkmtimo (http://www.network54.com/Profile/stkmtimo))

I won a lot in MastroNet's latest auction and sent a check right after it closed. Does anyone know when I can expect to get my lot? When does MastroNet typically ship?

Thanks,
Tim

Tim,

I would contact them directly and they can let you know if the item has shipped (or when it will ship) and provide you with a tracking number. Last time, they sent me my uniform two-day air and they did not even wait for my personal check to clear....I thought that was pretty cool. Maybe they are a little slower this time around for some reason. I'd call them.

I sent a certified cashier's check from my bank on Oct. 26. Just received my items today.

Two weeks total time, and that wasn't a personal check.

I sent a check a day or two after the auction and received my bat last week.

Sounds like it is somewhat inconsistent. I got my uniform incredibly fast last time. Other times, I have waited longer myself. Still, I can think of one or two auction houses that are FAR WORSE than Mastronet. Whenever I've called Mastronet, they have been courteous and really tried to answer my questions or help me with my issues. There is a woman there who answers the phones named Hennie (sp?) who is one of the nicest people you could meet. She has actually stayed after work to photocopy pages from past auction catalogs to send them to me. Pretty darn nice.

Either way, Tim, let us know how it turns out and I hope calling them directly will be of help.

Thank you for the insight and help everyone. I sent an email to them last night and they replied this morning saying that they had so many payments so shipping was delayed a little bit but will work on it. Hopefully, I have it soon. I'll keep in contact with them.

Thanks,
Tim

They've always been incredibly responsive and courteous to me. And I'm certain that they're working hard to ship all the items.

MastroNet

This was my first experience with an auction house (I tend to shy away from them), but MastroNet always seems to be above the rest. They contacted me today and said that my lot was shipped. Fantastic customer service! I look forward to receiving my lot.

Thanks for the help everyone.
