When were these jerseys worn?

I have never seen Jonny Gomes wear #61, so this jersey is completely alien to me. All I know is that it was bought from the Devil Rays, and could essentially be from any year (Gomes played from 2001 onwards).

It is supposedly a full button up jersey, though I am currently requesting a picture of the front.

Additionally, I have been told that Gomes was not in spring training in 2003, and #61 was then worn by Ryan Jackson.

Also, in the 2003 AFL he wore #x7 (67?)

This style BP debuted for all MLB teams in 2003. The underarm vents did not appear on any of the jerseys prior. This could, however, be anything from a 2003 to a 2006 (2007 saw all teams switch again to the 1-button pull-over).
As my own area of expertise is with Mets jerseys, I know that the Mets, although they did not switch jersey styles from 2003 to 2006, switched colors in 2005. Maybe a Devil Rays collector could chime in to possibly further lock down the year of this jersey?
