Should a Russell tag always have the Poly tag?

Just like the title says...

In terms of 90's jerseys, should a Russell jersey always have the 100% polyester tag? (Unless it's been deliberately cut off to doctor up another jersey).

During the 90's, did Russell issue jerseys void of the 100% polyester tag?

I belive that anything not tagged 100% poly, should be tagged something, either nylon or that interra stuff...although, as always, there can be exceptions.
