I've watched a number of Rangers games. Last year Ian Kinsler primarily used a black Louisville Slugger and a black Dbat. This year he has primarily been using a black Old Hickory. I don't recall him using a blonde bat so if he used this this in a game it would not have been often. Can't say never as I haven't seen every game he 's played, but I've never seen him with anything but a black bat. Blalock used to use a black Louisville Slugger. Last year he used other models and colors. Since Mike Young has had success using an Old Hickory some other Rangers have used them, including as I said, Kinsler, so its a possibility.
