Manny Ramirez gamer on ebay

Currently there is a Manny Ramirez jersey on ebay...item number 130144160302...it comes with a Mears LOA and a Manny Ramirez/ Elite Sports hologram...so my question is, if it comes with an Elite Hologram with Manny's number 24, how can Mears only give it an A5 grading??? Wouldn't it be an A10 since it has provanence such as Elite Sports? I dont know if I'm missing something like lack of info on how Mears grades, any info would be of help. I'm not interested in the jersey, I just want to learn and add some knowledge. Thanks.

When the jersey was sent to MEARS, I don't believe they were thinking anything of the ESM COA. I don't even see the Manny hologram on the jersey so MEARS probably didn't even know it came from them.
